Hello!  I’m Joey

I have had the great fortune to have spent the last decade working on animated projects with amazing people. From features to shorts, toolkits and everything in between.  Character driven stories have been what captivates me. Striving to find the most entertaining way to communicate an idea is what fuels me.    

Outside of work I like to be, well, outside!  Residing in Southern California I am lucky to be able to do so often.  Drinking numerous tiny coffees throughout the day, finding a body of water to splash in, doing a daily doodle, and having a good ol’ fashion day dream are some of the simple joys I like to try and make routine. 

 Although my background has been in animation, I enjoy learning and expanding to new things.  I am a hoarder of creative outlets and live by the words, “Anything’s a toy if you play with it”
